These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flyingcompany platform and related services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Platform Services
Flyingcompany provides a contract pilot hiring and staffing platform that connects aircraft operators with qualified pilots. We facilitate trip posting, quote submission, credential verification, digital agreements, and secure payments.
User Responsibilities
Operators and pilots are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, compliance with FAA regulations, insurance requirements, and all applicable aviation laws. Flyingcompany is a platform provider and does not employ pilots or operate aircraft.
Pilot Services Agreements
Each trip facilitated through our platform includes a digitally signed Pilot Services Agreement defining responsibilities between operators and pilots. Users agree to honor the terms of these agreements.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Operators agree to pay agreed-upon rates. Pilots receive payments according to platform terms. Flyingcompany may charge service fees as disclosed during account setup.
Limitation of Liability
Flyingcompany is not liable for flight operations, pilot performance, or aircraft safety. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
